About Gary DeBroekert

Gary DeBroekert

I am a resident of Florida and live in Saint Petersburg. I paint primarily on YUPO and Tera Skin "paper" with watercolors. Sometimes I use acrylic, inks and collage when creating abstract works. The paintings represent my feelings that surface when viewing natural settings, animals and interesting buildings. My imagination takes over when I view small bits of wilderness or old buildings I find during my travels and in the local preserves here in Florida. I am a member of the Florida Watercolor Association, Largo Art Association, Indian Rocks Beach Art Center, Pinellas Park Art Society and the Dunedin Fine Art Center. Paintings are on display at the Osher Life Long Learning Center (OLLI) at Eckerd College, Palm Harbor OLLI...
